My husband and I have been loyal customers of Sandpoint Furniture since 2001. We have purchased tile and wood flooring, La-A-Boy recliners, sofas, mattresses, a bed, blinds and drapes, and rugs there. We just bought beautiful wool carpeting that was bound into two area rugs at the store. It’s not just the quality products but also the wonderful employees that keep us returning to Sandpoint Furniture.

Our recent experience was flawless from beginning to delivery. The sales employees were very friendly and accommodating in every aspect of the sale. The two delivery guys took every care in bringing everything inside ,setup,and explaining all necessary details on care for our furniture. I cannot say enough positive things about this store. Today, I had something specific that I was looking for. I explained it to the salesman, and he said that he'd show me around and I'm welcome to take a look, but he knows that they will have exactly what I am looking for next door. I went over there after he showed me around, and sure enough, they had what I wanted! It was so easy to purchase the furniture and they wrapped it and loaded it in my vehicle for me. It feels rare these days to be treated with kindness and transparency in these situations, and so this was a shining example of stellar customer service. Thank you!

What a great, one stop, fully equipped store. Not only can you find a well stocked inventory of immediately available furniture & decor; personal customizable orders from a vast array of vendors is easy to pick out just exactly what you are looking for. Carmin Snyder is on point with accurate pricing, availability of finishes and general time lines each product would require in order to be exactly what you are wanting; she and her staff are also skilled at suggestions should you find you are uncertain of a good choice. Flooring and other home finishes being housed in the same building make shopping a dream. After spending a ridiculous amount of time shopping from Sandpoint to Spokane we ended up at Sandpoint Furniture. It was such a breath of fresh air to walk in and not be hounded by sales people trying to push a product we didn't want. Clint greeted my wife and I, asked if he could help us locate what we were looking good for, pointed us to the perfect product right away and provided answers when asked, left us alone when wanted. We found the perfect couch for our room and booked delivery for several days later (they said maybe they could add it if possible to an earlier trip). The next morning they called and had it ready to deliver!! The two young men who delivered the sectional were polite and professional from the minute they arrived!!! The were cautious bringing it in and expeditious! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase and highly recomend you shop here!!!!!!

Joy in the design center was very pleasant and helpful! Also, Derek in the glass shop went above and beyond when things went a little sideways with a window vendor on our new construction. He worked very hard to make it right and made sure we were happy with the end product.

Best furniture shopping experience ever. We just moved to the Idaho Panhandle and wete looking for new furniture. I got quotes on the items I was looking for, couches, beds and dining table from 3 major retailers. Sandpoint Furniture is the place to go, better deals for quality furniture and our sakes representative was also an interior designer. So helpful!! And they tailor your needs to asking each of us independently what we were looking for. Very attentive and personalized shopping. I keep going back for additional items knowing I will get great service
